Order and payment
Pick your package, fill in the form and see a preview of your own site. If you like it, the payment screen opens. The whole form takes about 6 minutes.
For now we accept bank transfer; the IBAN appears on the payment screen. Card payment is coming soon.
Prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added and shown separately at checkout.
You can cancel for a full refund before design work starts. After the first draft, a partial refund applies.
Process and delivery
Up to 3 business days once your payment reaches us. The first draft is with you within 1–2 business days, and we publish within one business day of your approval.
We make a reasonable number of revisions on the draft and keep working until you are happy with the design. Adding pages or upgrading the package is priced separately.
We can write your texts for an extra fee and use stock photography where needed.
Technical
Yes, every site we build is mobile-friendly. That is a guarantee, not an extra.
Corporate sites and stores come with a panel where you can change content yourself.
You do. Once the final payment is made, all files and accounts are transferred to you.
Support
You get one year of support for bugs and small content changes.
Yes. The domain, hosting, SSL certificate and the whole setup are included in the package price, along with first-year support. There are no extra line items.
